During the real estate market crash in 2008-9, Deanna was the top short sale agent in New Mexico. In addition, Deanna serves as an elected zoning commissioner for the Paradise Hills Special Zoning District and brings a unique perspective to homeowners and property value enhancement.

Eric commits his time working with our Buyers and has an intuitive ability to match buyers with the right home. In addition, Eric actively participates in the business community building the team’s business network and serving as an ambassador with the Albuquerque West Chamber of Commerce.

A Bit about our Personal Life

Eric and Deanna have 5 fantastic children ranging in ages from 19 to 36 years old and five beautiful grandchildren. Their children have attended school at University of New Mexico, Central New Mexico, Cibola High School, Bosque School and Cross of Hope Lutheran Elementary School right here in Albuquerque. Avid dog lovers, the have adopted all three of their pups, Yogi, Lucy and Goomba from local rescues. In addition, they support Paws and Stripes, a local charity focused on helping veterans suffering from PTSD and TBI find and train service dogs.

After over 30 years of service, Eric’s military career landed them in New Mexico, “The Land of Enchantment” and they have been “Enchanted” ever since. They are passionate about exploring the Southwest and sharing their love of farmer’s markets, local wineries, the growing microbrewery scene, amazing restaurants, the New Mexico movie industry, festivals and more.
